UDIA Victoria is the voice of urban development.

As the peak industry body for Victoria’s development, building and construction sector, we represent over 300,000 Victorians working across an industry that is one of the state’s largest economic contributors.

In addition to advising state policymakers and regulators with research, analysis and industry feedback, we provide credible commentary to the media on issues including:

  • Housing – affordability, accessibility, supply, demand, market analysis
  • Population growth – liveability, urban development, transport, infrastructure, planning, opportunities, challenges
  • Economy – business conditions, employment
