CEO Linda Allison spoke to Channel 7 on the dearth of new apartments currently under construction.  She called for tax reform to drive more investment into the apartment market.  As she told reporter Rochelle Brown “the reality is, unless the investment conditions improve, we’re not going to see apartments coming out of the ground.”
