Nemesia believes leadership to involve curiosity, passion and engagement and has demonstrated this throughout her career. Transitioning from a role in high density development into a family office, Nemesia demonstrated experience in mentoring and growing capability of those around her acting and promoting integrity at all times. Her strategic approach and direction has influenced a range of initiatives, projects and business structures.
She continues to challenge herself– having moved from technical competency to broader business strategy and understanding of private business structures. She is now embarking on a new role allowing her to further progress her values aligned leadership within the industry.
