UDIA Victoria Mentoring Program
Develop Skills. Build Networks. Lead the Way.
About The Program
The UDIA Victoria Mentoring Program supports early- to mid-career professionals through a structured, peer based mentoring experience. Over six months, small groups of up to five mentees are paired with a highly regarded, experienced property industry professional as their mentor. Together they explore a range of relevant topics, fostering strong connections and practical career development.
Participants engage in guided mentoring sessions, complemented by a program launch, a mid program workshop, and a closing celebration. The program focuses on building leadership capability, industry knowledge, and confidence, with each group tailoring their experience through selected discussion topics and tools.
The program provides opportunities to expand industry networks, develop new skills, and gain the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive as tomorrow’s leaders.
The peer mentoring format ensures participants benefit not only from their mentor’s expertise but also from the insights and experiences of the early career professionals within their group.
The program continues to evolve each year and remains a key initiative in our commitment to building a diverse, skilled and connected industry.
