You can create an account or log in with your details from last year. Your log-in details can then be shared with your team so anyone contributing to the submission can access the platform throughout the nominations period. You can save your progress as you go!

1. Look at the Award Categories, criteria and FAQ’s.
2. Entries open Tuesday, 10 February 2026.
3. Complete your award submission online at udiavic.awardsplatform.com by Friday, 22 May 2026.
4. Our independent judging panel will review all submissions and announce shortlisted entrants in July.
5. Onsite project category judging – August 2026
6. Leadership category judging – August 2026
7. Winners will be announced at the UDIA Victoria Awards Ceremony – Friday 27 November 2026.
