All entries must be submitted through our online system AwardForce accessed here
You can create a new account or log in with details from a previous year. Once logged in, you can share access with your team so anyone contributing to the submission can work on it throughout the nominations period. You can also save your progress as you go.
Entry Process
- Review the Award Categories, criteria and FAQ’s.
- Entries open Tuesday, 10 February 2026
- Complete your submission online at udiavic.awardsplatform.com by Friday, 22 May 2026
- Our independent judging panel will review all submissions and announce shortlisted entrants in July 2026
- Onsite project category judging – August 2026
- Leadership category judging – September 2026
- Winners will be announced at the UDIA Victoria Awards Ceremony on Friday, 27 November 2026
