The vision Moremac had for The Point was to leave it in a better state than it was for the community – this vision was clearly realised.

In creating The Point, Moremac overcame many challenges with determination and resilience to deliver a high-quality community in a stunning natural environment. Situated at the entry of Point Lonsdale, coastal-inspired homes are set within an environment, sensitive to its abundant natural assets, landscapes and parks.

The community uses its unique waterways, coastal planting, building design guidelines and coast view corridors to make it feel more like a resort rather than a housing estate. 

Dealing with environmental, engineering and community challenges, Moremac worked hard to win over public negativity by turning talk into action and creating and delivering an exemplary development, and now more than 1500 people proudly call The Point home.
