Minta Estate by Stockland has received exceptional sales in a relatively short period which reflects its Berwick location and a careful design and interesting topography. While currently somewhat distant from some services, the future development of the town centre to the north of the estate will provide the services its residents need. The “shadeway” concept impressed the judges for an approach which provides a green walking area throughout the development.
