Lendlease has successfully enacted a wide range of programs across a range of diversity issues. Their performance against their three diversity pillars: embedding workplace flexibility, achieving gender equity, and building an inclusive workplace are measured and followed up. The judges were impressed by the breadth and success of Lendlease’s program.
