Core Projects have a broad ranging program to achieve high levels of diversity in their workplace. As well as the range of programs that many companies now have they are BCorp certified, involving a rigorous assessment of a company’s impact on its workers, customers, community, and environment.
They have joint CEO’s and a specialist “Core Families Program” and an internal culture program “Inner Core”.
While they do not engage in gender bias when remunerating or recruiting, the Core team has grown to become organically gender-balanced, with everyone winning their role on merit and has achieved an excellent standard of Diversity.
