The diversity of dwelling typologies at 223 Napier Street creatively addresses aspirations for higher-density living while delivering strong community outcomes. The thoughtful planning strategy, combining a number of dwelling typologies, fosters a wider spread of socio-economic profiles, illustrating the strength of diversity in creating thriving social communities.
