Escala by MAB Corporation is an innovative complex, housing 173 apartments, 1200 meter squared of office space and four shops. MAB have used Lofts in half of their apartments, and these have sold particularly well. The entire office area, which houses innovative mezzanine design, has been acquired by one company. On level 6 there are a range of facilities that can be used by residents or office workers. The architects, Six Degrees, have created great intricacy in their designs for example, 27 façade types and interesting features such as their stained glass.
