Property Development Essentials Course
This 2-day course is delivered by industry experts and covers the key areas of the rapidly changing residential property development industry in Victoria.
Program Overview
It provides professionals with the core knowledge and confidence required to better manage future projects. Participants will develop a due diligence report in groups of 3 or 4 in response to a real case study to enhance their understanding of the residential property development lifecycle and apply the practical concepts taught throughout the course (The report will require a few hours outside of the course training).
Content is delivered in a small group setting to encourage interactive discussion. Each session is designed to provide a high level introduction and view of high level development concepts. Course presenters will provide an overview that empowers participants to ask good questions of their project teams and consultants, and to understand the answers.
Course content is developed by UDIA members and managed by UDIA Victoria (the national peak body for the residential property development sector and a 40 year credible brand). The course is facilitated by Ken Munro, Oreana Group and delivered by industry experts.

This course is delivered over two Friday’s in a row, with each day running from 8:45am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and 15-minute afternoon tea.
