That’s why we’ve designed our website to be a digital platform that breathes new life into our member services, and to give our members a virtual home.

The website has been designed to help members and visitors find information about our industry, about our advocacy, and about our services.
A new Members’ Directory is designed to improve and support business connections between our valued members. A central Industry News Blog provides all you need to know on what is happening across Victoria’s development, building and construction sector. And A great booking experience with a Streamlined events and education calendar will make booking your UDIA Victoria event tickets a breeze.
We hope you like our new virtual home, just as much as we do.
Important notes for members:
- Any outstanding and historical invoices will no longer be available to download in the member portal — if you need a copy of a receipt from a previously paid invoice or an outstanding invoice please email accounts@udiavic.com.au with your request.
- The Phase 1 UDIA Victoria Member Portal will have basic functionality only, such as displaying your member information and saving payment methods. An enhanced UDIA Victoria Member Portal is in progress and will be part of an exciting Phase 2 technology implementation.
- To register with a member discount for a UDIA Victoria event or course through the website, you will require a new username and password. Please see below for more information.

To claim member rates when booking for events and courses, you will need to enter your new username and a new password.

For example if your email address is: jdavids@davidsco.com.au
Your new username will be: udiavic.jdavids@davidsco.com.au
Your new password: you will receive an email from UDIA Victoria Community noreply@salesforce.com with a password reset link. Please follow the link to set your new UDIA Victoria password, and note the link will expire after 24 hours.
For existing event registrations, your Zoom links will be sent to you by email this week. Non members will not need a login and can register for events and courses using the ‘Register as a Guest’ option.
