The Site is owned and operated by Urban Development Institute of Australia (Victoria) ACN 005 125 280 of Level 1, 55 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (collectively, us, we or UDIA Victoria). The term ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to the person browsing, accessing or using the Site or our Services (as those terms are defined below), or the company or organisation on whose behalf that person accesses the Site or our Services.

These UDIA Victoria Site terms and conditions (Terms of Use) are deemed to incorporate this Site’s privacy policy which explains how UDIA Victoria collects, uses and discloses information that pertains to your privacy found at https://udiavic.com.au/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy) and should be read together with these Terms of Use. The provisions of the Privacy Policy apply as if set out in full in these Terms of Use.

Event Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions (Terms) govern Urban Development Institute of Australia (ACN 005 125 280) (UDIA) and each person (Delegate, You or Your) that has:

  • • purchased a ticket to attend a function or other event or course (for example, an outlook event, a masterclass, research breakfast event or industry dinner or lunch) organised by the UDIA; or
  • • been invited by the UDIA to attend any function or other event or course; or
  • • registered to attend a course,

each of which is referred to as an ‘Event’.

These Terms apply to any Event regardless of whether held online, in-person, a combination of in-person and online or any other format.

You will be bound by these Terms upon:

  • • submitting Your Registration Form (whether hardcopy or electronic) for an Event; or
  • • attending the Event if You are not required to submit a Registration Form to the UDIA.
