The Raymond J. Peck Award recognises individuals who have demonstrated long-lasting excellence in service to the urban development industry. It celebrates significant contributions to the industry, including leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing urban development practices.
Judi Carr’s professional journey has been marked by integrity, innovation and an unwavering commitment to building strong connections between the development industry and the communities created.
In 2012, Judi founded Property Republic, a business dedicated to helping developers place the customer at the centre of every decision. Through this work, she has supported some of Australia’s most prominent developers – including Stockland, Lendlease, Mirvac, and Lifestyle Communities – contributing to major residential masterplanned communities such as Mirvac’s Woodlea. Her relentless focus on the customer journey from site presentation through to marketing, sales attraction, and conversion is unparalleled.
Before establishing Property Republic, Judi built a strong foundation in the industry through roles in both Western Australia and Victoria, including with UDIA WA, Stockland, and as a Director of Red23; experience that helps shape her customer-centric approach and industry leadership.
Beyond her business achievements, Judi is a generous champion of our industry’s future. For the past seven years, she has been a highly regarded mentor in the UDIA Victoria Mentoring program supporting young professionals, advocating for women in property, and helping elevate engagement standards across the sector. She has also played an important role in the UDIA Victoria Awards program as a judge for the past four years.
