Bettina Sheeran is a Partner in the property and development team at Maddocks and has been a significant contributor to UDIA Victoria for more than a decade. With over 20 years of experience, she specialises in providing advisory and transactional services related to real estate transactions and projects across all asset classes.

Bettina is known for her innovative approach in the legal and property industry, having led the development of the Maddocks e-contracts and e-portfolio platforms which are industry recognised and highly valued by clients in the sector. Bettina also heads the innovation function at Maddocks, focusing on delivering cutting-edge legal solutions and enhancing client service delivery.

Bettina served as a Board Member of UDIA Victoria for over eight years. During this time, she was instrumental in modernising the Constitution to enable the Board to best serve the membership. Her invaluable contributions have been significant in shaping policies and strategies that impact Victoria’s urban development industry. Since retiring from the Board, Bettina has continued her strong support for UDIA Victoria, including as a judge for the UDIA Victoria Awards in 2023 and 2024.
