Victoria Square is an Urban Renewal project on the Maribyrnong River in the Joseph Road Precinct in Footscray and is stage 1 of a 13,000 square metre mixed-use development ultimately consisting of six high-rise residential towers, with 1048 apartments and 4,000 square metre of commercial and retail spaces.
Stage One comprises two towers and was launched on 17 June 2017 with nearly 70 per cent sold during the registration of interest stage. Following the change in the market with the pandemic the product mix was adjusted to include lower density and bigger apartments.
While it has gyms, pools and private dining facilities, it is the development of Australia’s first Olympic-sized aerial outdoor track that is unique.
