Charter Hall’s development of Wesley Place is a new urban park for central Melbourne, while refurbishing several heritage buildings, and creating a 35-level high end office tower at 130 Lonsdale Street.

The fully operational Uniting Church, built in 1858, has been carefully restored and protected, a heritage manse integrated into the office building lobby, and the three other heritage building have been restored.

While the office tower has been a commercial success, being 100 percent leased some 12 months out from completion, it is the creation of a public landscaped area of several thousand sqm providing the first new green space in Melbourne for decades that makes Wesley Place an exceptional development.
