Spiire’s Visual Media team were engaged by Austin Land Pty Ltd to develop a significant package of works which included a series of 3D renders, animations, and the development of an interactive touchscreen display to facilitate and enhance the sales process.

Using real data from the surveyors, the interactive touchscreen provides a variety of rich visual content and allows customers to interact with the 3D masterplan inclusive of all landscaped and built features.

The combination of the accurate data being coupled with the interactive visual display, is what makes this project not only innovative, but provides a one-of-a-kind experience for prospective purchasers.
