Event Terms and Conditions

UDIA Victoria is dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at our events, including staff, sponsors, members, and guests.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

By registering to an event, you agree that your details will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be used to promote future events or shared with sponsors unless you advise us otherwise through our Contact page.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least ten business days prior to the event for a full refund; after this time, refunds cannot be issued.

Registrations may be transferred to another person at no cost by contacting events@udiavic.com.au.

In the event of inclement weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control that impact the event, refund decisions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with venue policies.
