Club Rathdowne at Villawood’s 1190 lot community at Wollert builds on the tradition of excellent residential club houses Villawood have created in recent years. It is strategically sited in a central activity area beside a school, neighbourhood activity centre, council community centre and district playground and forms the heart of the Rathdowne community. At a cost of $7 million with annual charges of $990 for each residence, the club expands on what is normally expected from residential clubs both in its range of services and in its attention to detail learnt from Villawood’s earlier projects.
