Quantum United Management have created a relatively unique business in planning, developing, and managing residential clubs in new estates. They identified Club Mambourin by Frasers Property as an example of the planning services they provide. They worked with Frasers Property  for three years in the development of the club and have now expanded their role into operating the centre on behalf of the owner’s corporation. Their initiative has built a business with 31 employees setting new standards for residential clubs with a range of developers as well as Frasers Property.
