Overview

This award recognises small-scale infill developments that integrate into existing neighbourhoods.

They should have a minimum of 3 dwellings and a maximum of 20 dwellings. Entries may include town-houses and terrace homes.

Projects entered in this category must have a maximum height of three storeys. They must be predominantly residential and consist only of townhouses and terraces or a similar product.

Important Information

  • The winner of this award may have the opportunity to represent Victoria in the UDIA National Awards.
  • Organisation must maintain a financial UDIA Victoria membership throughout the nomination process, judging, and the Awards for Excellence Ceremony
  • Project must be at practical completion.

Completion Criteria for UDIA Judging

Entrants must ensure judges are able to walk through a completed dwelling during the site visit. Entrants must ensure they have made the necessary arrangements for this to occur.
