With a distinguished 20-year career spanning architecture, government and community housing, she now leads at Unison Housing, delivering projects such as the award-winning Make Room initiative and driving best-practice standards across the industry.

A mentor and advocate, Danni empowers emerging leaders to act with purpose while championing social responsibility and inclusion. She brings a deep sense of purpose, an ability to turn complexity into opportunity, and a lifelong passion for property. As she describes it herself, “Property is not just my work; it is my purpose.”
