    Our Planning team supports some of the largest land developers in Australia, helping to deliver quality outcomes. We have a broad range of planning projects including land development (large and small) and residential built form projects, both locally and regionally based.

    Our NSW planning team is emerging, and we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic planning professional who is seeking their next challenge, in an office that fosters individual growth in a welcoming team environment. The position is a full-time position, but for the right candidate, a part time position will be considered.




    • Liaison with our clients, Council and relevant Authorities
    • Preparation of submissions/quotations to existing and/or possible sources of work
    • Preparation of reports and recommendations for further action, considering the relevant Legislation, Planning Policy and  other necessary background information
    • Providing strategic planning support for proposals and projects as required
    • Delivering quality results within budget and agreed time frames
    • Project management of assigned development applications
    • Working in a team environment providing planning advice, advocacy and assistance
    • Engaging and managing subcontractors
    • Representing our clients at hearings and consultative forums

    Required Skills:


    • Degree in Planning or other relevant degree
    • A good understanding of planning techniques and planning and environmental legislation
    • Ability to conduct and understand technical analyses
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
