BSB41515 Certificate IV in Project Management (Specialising in Property Development) is the only nationally-recognised qualification of its kind that teaches the project management competencies unique to the property development industry. The course has been written by UDIA NSW in partnership with its members and vocational education experts.
The qualification is delivered and issued by our partnering Registered Training Organisation – McMillan (RTO No. 88187). The course teaches the critical skills of project management such as identifying project scope, contract negotiation, team engagement, stakeholder communication and managing time, cost and quality.

The qualification has been uniquely designed and developed for those who work, or aspire to work in project roles within property development. Course Level

The course is suitable for assistant project managers reporting to a senior project manager who may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for their output.

Nationally Recognised Qualification

This course is delivered by our partnering Registered Training Organisation – McMillan (RTO No: 88187). Upon successful completion, graduates will attain a BSB41515 Certificate IV in Project Management (Specialising in Property Development) issued by McMillan. Students with any not-yet-competent results remaining upon course completion, will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.

AIPM Endorsement and CPPP Certification

The BSB41515 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice is endorsed by the AIPM (Australia Institute of Project Management). As part of our partnership with AIPM, this course includes a free 12 month membership to the AIPM, the industry peak body for project management professionals in Australia. Upon graduation you can then upgrade to automatically become a Certified Practicing Project Practitioner (CPPP). The standard method of obtaining this certification is by submitting a portfolio of evidence and an interview process at the cost of $1295 which is waived.
