The UDIA One Day Masterclass, “Negotiating The Best Results”, gives you simple structure and tools to help you to be more effective and comfortable negotiating with colleagues, managers, staff, suppliers and customers.

Meet the trainer

Maureen Pound is known for influencing, motivating and getting results.

She is an expert coach and trainer and has worked extensively in the property industry, supporting clients such as Stockland Property Group, Villawood Property, Carlisle Homes, Sweeney Estate Agents, and Millar Merrigan Land Development Consultants.

She has appeared in BRW, The Age, Dynamic Business Magazine and Australian Property Investor.

Maureen has built up a property portfolio of her own, runs her own successful company, and takes at least 10 holidays a year as a solo mother with 2 IVF children.

Her mission in life is to support individuals and businesses to improve their communication both internally and externally ensuring more satisfaction, happiness and a healthier bottom line.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations must be requested in writing; no refunds will be given to cancellations made less than seven (7) business days prior to the starting date. 
 

Terms and conditions

Payment is required prior to the starting date. UDIA (Victoria) reserves the right to alter speaker/s or timings of the program or cancel the event in its entirety. Your registration is accepted on the basis of these conditions. The information you provide in the registration process will be stored in UDIA Victoria’s database and you will be subscribed to our email alerts. If you do not wish your details to be made available to external parties, we ask that you notify us by a written request to info@udiavic.com.au . UDIA (Victoria) may take photos and/or video during the program. These images and footage may be used in future promotions that include but are not limited to website, direct mail, marketing collateral, email, sales documents and other uses by UDIA (Victoria). Should a registered participant seek to be excluded from such future uses of images, you must register your request with the UDIA staff member on the day of the designated event.
