    Ricki Herburgh starts at Tribus
    UDIA Victoria are very pleased to announce our amazing Sustainability Manager, Ricki Hersburgh, is moving on to new and exciting things at Tribus, a new purpose-built platform for new communities.

    Ricki has been an integral part of the UDIA Victoria team for over six years, having joined in 2011. She has been the driving force behind the UDIA’s highly successful EnviroDevelopment tool, a tool that reviews development projects based on six elements –ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community.
    Tribus is led by Dean Landy, who is a partner, urban designer and architect at Melbourne architectural practice Clarke Hopkins Clarke.

    We are saddened to see Ricki go, but are incredibly excited for her to embark on this next chapter of her career, with the full support and appreciation of the UDIA Victoria team behind her.

    Kate Mills announced as incoming Property Industry Foundation CEO
    The Property Industry Foundation has announced Kate Mills as their incoming CEO, leading the Foundation in its mission to assist at-risk and homeless young people. 

    Kate is transitioning from her role as CEO of the Financial Executives Association (FEI), a member association for Chief Financial Officers and finance executives. In that role Kate has overseen a strong period of growth for the association in terms of new members and developing new revenue streams as well as growing the profile of the organisation

    Kate’s background is in journalism, marketing and communications with 20 years’ experience in the media. She worked as a business journalist at Fairfax for seven years and was the editor of CFO magazine and BRW magazine. She also served as the launch editor of the Property Council of Australia’s magazineProperty Australia. 

    Danny Van D'huynslager appointed as Ethos Urban CEO
    Ethos Urban's Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Danny Van D'huynslager as Chief Executive Officer.

    Mr Van D’huynslager has held CEO roles for several international professional service firms in Europe, including: Nexxworks, a company he co-founded to help large corporations withstand the disruption of technology start-ups; and Celerant Consulting Group, a large management consulting firm with global reach, where he led the European Region of 400 consultants across seven countries.

    Operating across a range of regions and industries; Mr Van D’huynslager’s most recent position was Director at Pollen Consulting Group, a niche Australian management consulting firm, where he supported growth and future strategic organisational development.
